Clinical Nutrition Consultations
Individualised, holistic clinical nutrition for the neurodivergent woman who wants to understand her body, address what may be holding her health back, and reach her health goals with confidence and self-trust.
🌱 You care about your health!
🌱 You want to feel good in your body and know that what you are doing is actually supporting you.
🌱 But sometimes, even when you're eating well and doing all the “right” things, something still doesn't feel quite right.
🌱 Maybe you're struggling with your gut, hormones, energy or menstrual cycle.
🌱 Maybe you're trying to optimise your fertility, body composition or overall health.
🌱 Or perhaps you simply know that you could feel better, but you're not sure what your body actually needs.
This is where Clinical Nutrition allows us to look deeper.
Rather than focusing solely on your symptoms - or giving you another generic diet to follow - we look at the bigger picture to explore the underlying factors that may be influencing your health or standing between you and your goals.
Every area of your health can all form pieces of the puzzle:
Nutrition
Digestion
Gut health
Nutrient status
Hormones
Stress
Sleep
Lifestyle
Health history
Individual physiology
And because you're more than a collection of symptoms, your care should reflect that.
Together, we look at the whole picture.
Depending on your individual needs, we may explore:
Nutrition and diet
What you're eating, how you're eating, and whether it's meeting your individual needs;
Digestion and gut health
How you're digesting and responding to food, alongside any digestive symptoms;
Nutrient status and energy
Identifying potential nutritional gaps and factors that may be affecting your energy;
Stress and lifestyle
Including sleep, recovery, movement and how your lifestyle may be influencing your health;
Health history and symptoms
Looking for patterns and underlying factors that may be contributing to how you feel;
Hormones and reproductive health
Including menstrual health, hormonal concerns, fertility and pre-conception; and/or
Pathology and testing
Reviewing relevant blood pathology and considering further testing where clinically appropriate.
Then, we create a plan that works for you.
Depending on your needs:
Your clinical plan may incorporate the following to address the areas we have identified, and to support your individual health goals:
Food ~ Nutraceuticals ~ Lifestyle strategies
The aim is simple:
To give your body the support it needs in a way that is individualised, evidence-informed, and realistic for your life.
Clinical nutrition that works with your neurodivergent brain.
Knowing what supports your health and being able to consistently do it are two very different things.
As a neurodivergent woman myself, I understand that even the “perfect” plan won't get you very far if it doesn't work with your brain, your capacity, your individual needs and your life.
That's why your recommendations are designed to be both clinically appropriate and realistic for you — helping you better understand your body, reach your health goals, and build confidence and self-trust along the way.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Clinical Nutrition takes an individualised, holistic approach to your health. We look at the bigger picture - while also digging deeper to identify potential root causes and underlying factors that may be contributing to your symptoms or holding you back from reaching your health goals.
This may involve exploring your nutrition, digestion and gut health, nutrient status, hormones, stress, sleep, lifestyle, health history and relevant pathology - understanding how these different pieces may be interacting together rather than looking at each one in isolation.
From there, we can use food, nutraceuticals, and lifestyle strategies to support your individual health needs and goals.
While conventional medicine plays an important role in diagnosing and treating health conditions, Clinical Nutrition can provide a complementary lens by exploring the nutritional and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your health concerns and supporting your overall health alongside appropriate medical care.
-
Reaching your health goals isn't necessarily simply a matter of trying harder or eating “better”. Sometimes, there may be underlying factors influencing your progress that need to be identified and supported.
Maybe you are experiencing the following:
You are struggling with your weight or body composition
Your energy isn't where you want it to be
Stress is affecting how you feel
Your digestion isn't quite right
The foods you are eating aren't supporting your body in the way you thought they were supposed to.
Clinical Nutrition allows us to look beyond the surface and investigate what may be contributing to the challenges you're experiencing, before creating an individualised plan to support your body and move you closer to optimal health and your individual goals.
Your symptoms, health history and blood pathology can all provide valuable pieces of the puzzle.
The aim is for you to better understand your unique body and what it needs to thrive - so you can give your body what it needs, and you can reach your health goals with greater confidence + self-trust.

Your initial 60-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to take a deep dive into you.
We may discuss your health concerns and goals alongside your health history, symptoms, current diet, digestion, lifestyle, stress, sleep, medications and supplements, and/or any relevant testing you already have available.
From there, I will connect the pieces and formulate your personalised initial treatment plan, whilst identifying areas that may require further investigation.
You may be prescribed or recommended a specific diet plan, nutraceuticals or supplements, lifestyle recommendations/changes, and/or further testing.
-
No - You do not need to organise any specific testing prior to your Clinical Nutrition consultations.
However, the more information I have around your recent health, the better!
✨ If you DO have recent blood tests or other relevant investigations, please provide them as they may offer useful information about your health and help us build a more complete clinical picture. ✨
After your initial assessment, we can discuss whether any further pathology or functional testing may be appropriate and useful for your individual presentation. Testing is considered on a case-by-case basis rather than automatically recommended to every client.
-
Where clinically appropriate, yes. Nutraceuticals may form part of your individualised clinical plan to provide targeted nutritional support.
However, supplements are only one part of the picture. Depending on your needs and/or financial expectations, your recommendations may incorporate food, nutraceuticals and lifestyle strategies rather than relying on supplementation alone.
-
Potentially. Whether a meal plan is appropriate will depend on your individual needs, goals and what will be most useful for you.
For some clients, a structured meal plan can provide helpful guidance. For others, working with meal structure, food choices, specific therapeutic foods, nutrient intake and practical strategies may provide greater flexibility and be easier to sustain.
The goal isn't to give you another rigid set of food rules to follow. It is to help you understand how to nourish your body in a way that supports your health and works with your lifestyle and neurodivergent brain.
-
There isn't a one-size-fits-all answer, here.
The number, frequency, and length of follow-up consultations will depend on your health concerns, goals, clinical needs, and how you are progressing. Some women may only require a small number of consultations, while more complex or longer-term concerns may benefit from ongoing support.
We will discuss what makes sense for you as we go.

Absolutely!
