Clinical Nutrition Consultations

A comprehensive, evidence-informed approach to understanding your health from the inside out - addressing factors impacting your health, and empowering you to reach your health goals with confidence and self-trust.

You care about your health! You want to feel good in your body and know that what you are doing is actually supporting you.

But sometimes, even when you're eating well and doing all the “right” things, something still doesn't feel quite right.

🌱 Maybe you’re experiencing digestive issues, hormonal changes, ongoing stress, fatigue, or menstrual cycle irregularities.

🌱 Maybe you're wanting to optimise your body composition, fertility, or overall health.

🌱 Or perhaps you simply want a better understanding of your body and what it needs to function at its best.

Looking at the bigger picture of your health

Rather than focusing solely on your symptoms - or giving you another generic diet to follow - we look at the bigger picture to explore the underlying factors that may be influencing your health or standing between you and your goals.

Every area of your health can all form pieces of the puzzle:

  • Nutrition

  • Digestion

  • Gut health

  • Nutrient status

  • Hormones

  • Stress

  • Sleep

  • Lifestyle

  • Health history

  • Individual physiology

And because you're more than a collection of symptoms, your care should reflect that.

Your consultation is tailored to your individual health concerns, history and goals.

Depending on your individual needs, we may explore:

  • Nutrition and diet

    • What you're eating, how you're eating, and whether it's meeting your individual needs;

  • Digestion and gut health

    • How you're digesting and responding to food, alongside any digestive symptoms;

  • Nutrient status and energy

    • Identifying potential nutritional gaps and factors that may be affecting your energy;

  • Stress and lifestyle

    • Including sleep, recovery, movement and how your lifestyle may be influencing your health;

  • Health history and symptoms

    • Looking for patterns and underlying factors that may be contributing to how you feel;

  • Hormones and reproductive health

    • Including menstrual health, hormonal concerns, fertility and pre-conception; and/or

  • Pathology and testing

    • Reviewing relevant blood pathology and considering further testing where clinically appropriate.

Clinical nutrition that works with your neurodivergent brain.

Knowing what supports your health and being able to consistently do it are two very different things.

As a neurodivergent woman myself, I understand that even the most carefully developed clinical plan needs to work with your brain, your capacity, your individual needs and your lifestyle.

That is why your recommendations are designed to be both clinically appropriate and realistic for you — helping you better understand your body, reach your health goals, and build confidence and self-trust along the way.
